Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Afrahi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The service
Afrahi is a marketplace that connects customers planning events with independent service providers. Afrahi is not a party to any agreement concluded between a customer and a provider, and does not itself provide event services.
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity on your account. One account per person; provider accounts must represent a real business.
Provider obligations
Providers must publish accurate descriptions, real prices, and photos they own the rights to. Providers must respond to bookings in good faith and comply with applicable Moroccan law.
Bookings and payments
Booking requests exchanged on Afrahi are invitations to negotiate. Any final agreement, payment and delivery of services take place directly between customer and provider, who are solely responsible for them.
Prohibited use
Fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, posting illegal or infringing content, fake reviews, and automated scraping of the platform are prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension.
Content and reviews
You keep ownership of the content you post and grant Afrahi a license to display it on the platform. We may remove content or reviews that violate these terms or the law.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Liability and changes
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Afrahi is not liable for the acts or omissions of providers or customers. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
